Definir un propósito educacional, según la necesidad de reconocer los niveles de destrezas adquiridos por medio de la educación y entrenamiento; y la necesidad de entrelazar los logros de todos los ofrecimientos académicos relativos a la fuerza trabajadora.
Elevar la conciencia de que la educación es el paso inicial para desarrollarse y lograr una autorealización en el área de trabajo y que cuando todas las destrezas son percibidas como factores intrínsecos valuables, la productividad aumenta.
