It is committed to preparing the student to qualify for careers in installation, maintenance and repair of digital electronics equipment. To this end Training Solutions, Inc. offers the following programs developed with faculty and an active Industry Advisory Council to meet the needs of prospective employers in the industry and business:
· A solid foundation of theory to facilitate knowledge of the fundamentals of electronics and computer technology.
· Frequently updated program objectives and topics to reflect the increased industry modifications and upgrades of equipment.
· A+ Certification training to prepare for the examination given by the Computer Technology Industry Association attesting to the competency of service technicians.
· Workshops to facilitate team approach to learning and sharing of ideas, and creating an appreciation of a life long approach to networking and exploring ways to better oneself within a chosen career.
· Laboratory exercises developed by faculty to facilitate analysis of servicing problems.
· Customer Relations Training using textbook and practical examples to enhance customer satisfaction in the field.
· Support Counseling to assist students to recognize professional potential.
· Workshops and Seminars in addition to counseling services to assure achievement of stated career goals including interviewing techniques and preparation of resumes.
· Job Placement Assistance
