The mission of this institution is focused on the education of each student. This is accomplished by offering courses of study and utilizing teaching skills that are appropriate to an entry-level position in the individual's field of study. Our primary objectives are to:

¸ Prepare the student for a successful career by developing proper work habits, a professional attitude, and an increased level of selfesteem¸ Assisting the graduate in obtaining an entry-level position in their chosen field of study. The goals at IBS are to provide students with a cognitive, performance based,quality education and assist them with career placement. All of the functions of the school revolve around the mission.
