The mission is also to provide the leadership and initiative to
1. enhance quality education and training of all constituents;
2. create and promote partnerships with business, industry and other entities, including public schools, universities and other educational institutions;
3. develop strategies designed to enhance success for all constituents; and to
4. promote comprehensive planning, adequate resources and establishing essential relationships to position our citizenry to be competitive in a highly technical and global environment.
